  I needed to find a new car insurance policy, and I’m so happy I connected with my agent, Jessica, here! She was incredibly helpful and made the process so easy. I’m not very familiar with car insurance policies, but she explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I felt confident that I wasn’t just getting the best deal, but also the best coverage. I definitely recommend asking for Jessica to help with your insurance needs. I’ll absolutely be connecting with her again for any future policies I need.

  I had Yu Jung as my representative and had questions about life insurance as well as some questions about my current car insurance. She provides excellent service and is very knowledgeable about all the policies. I would give her 5 stars and would definitely use her again!

  I've been working with Yu Jung Huang for over 5 years. She's been extremely helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. She helped us with our home and auto insurance. Communicates clear and follow up with us. If you want someone that's reliable and not to have to leave multiple vm before getting a call back, choose her.

  I had an excellent experience with State Farm thanks to Kalani! The whole process was incredibly fast and easy from start to finish. I was able to call, get all my questions answered, drive to the office, and signed up for full comprehensive auto insurance in just a little over an hour on a late friday afternoon. Kalani made everything simple, explained my coverage clearly, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. It’s rare to find service that’s this efficient and stress-free. Highly recommend working with Kalani if you’re looking for great service and a smooth insurance setup! I was extremely miserable with my previous local insurer whose really gone down hill since covid. This past week was the final straw; their poor customer service, disgruntled reps and the unprofessional behavior exhibited towards my family during 2 back to back phone calls left me extremely disappointed and very pilau of them. If I could give that insurer a grade theyd get a "BIG D" to match their name so peace out shaka brah 🤙. I was rest assured that this has been a common experience with my previous insurer lately and loads of us are now signing up with Kalani and State farm, couldnt be happier Mahalo State Farm 🙌. Make the switch now guys you wont regret it!
