I am a VERY senior, senior citizen. Widowed. Live alone. Know zilch about insurance terminology but was very frustrated with current policies. Fed up but afraid to switch? I walked into State Farm office, confessed i was clueless as to how to even ASK about insurance. I was ushered into Jay Noble's office and he explained, patiently, in layman's terms. I came away, informed, a bit more knowledgeable, and WAY less indebted than to previous insurance bundle. I'm a fan! Professional, courteous service.

I just had a hour long call with State Farm, Jordan freeman at Lori Johnson’s office is the best insurance agent I have had the pleasure of speaking with. I know NOTHING about insurance and he took me through every single part of my auto and home policy and explained everything to me! And I got my premium lowered with hopefully more saving later !
