- STS TApr 14, 20261.0Check your homeowner’s policy! They put personal property coverage way too high on my policy and when I switched to State Farm they gave me a refund on my homeowner’s insurance on the unused portion and for my auto policy they didn’t say I owed anything (and I had been on auto pay) and they sent to me collections without trying to contact me for like $374. If they had called me or sent me a letter I would have gladly paid it. They said they would remove the collection if I paid, so I did but it’s messed up that they sent me to collections in the first place when I had never missed a single payment on anything ever in my life.
