He took the time explaining my policy and all the benefits that comes with my policy with State Farm, He made the process painless and quite enjoyable! Courteous, funny, very down to earth. If I could give more than five stars for his customer service and interpersonal skills I would, 10 out of 10 will definitely recommend!!! Beyond grateful, thank you Mr.Marcel!!!
- CSChad ScarborSep 2, 20261.0One of your agents solicited my brother and his family for their homeowner & auto policy. They cancelled their policy that was in place and paid to change to State Farm on Aug 14. On Aug 28, their mortgage company began contacting them saying that they had no coverage. Upon contacting the agent that sold them the policy, he informed them that State Farm doesn't take aged roofs. When questioned why this wasn't mentioned at the beginning, he very rudely replied that it was not his problem that they have an old roof. Your office made no effort to do any upfront homework and communication to avoid this matter, and then treated them disrespectfully. Also, numerous attempts at contacting anyone have not been returned. I suggest you learn how to treat people if you want to be in business and profit from them. This kind of treatment is deplorable and egregious to say the least.
