Left 5-6 messages for Eddie when we had a major claim only to not have him return my call for a week. Walked into his empty office and finally made him sit down and talk to me (he still did not want to help me), only to find out he had made serval mistakes on our farm policy. He set our entire farm up on the most basic coverage you can possibly have and still have to pay him a nice premium for it. The policy literally covered NOTHING ON OUR FARM! Run farm far away from this Thomasville branch and Eddie Simmons!
