  We recently had to make a change in our son's renters insurance before he could move into his apartment for college. We noticed the issue 10 minutes before closing on a Friday afternoon, and Sally was more than happy to assist, and took care of the issue in minutes. Thanks, Sally!

  I had a great experience with Lucian! He was extremely helpful and took the time to explain different parts of my insurance coverage that I wasn’t familiar with, and what each of the coverages were actually for. He was very patient with all my questions and also made sure to look for discounts that could help lower my rate, including being an excellence student discount. I really appreciate his knowledge, and excellent customer service. He made the whole process easy to understand, and I’m very happy with the coverage and price I ended up with! Thank you Lucian.

  In today's time customer relationships have vanished, most companies make you feel as if you are a number. Not a human, and all that matters is your money. But Ben treated me with the up most respect, like it use to be in the business world. Listen to everything I had to say. And told me about promotion that where available to me. Without being a pushy salesman, told the benefits and what they offered for me. And we ended up have a great conversation, he a genuine man with a lot of concern in life. Wasn't trying to get me off the phone was 100% professional and outstanding company representative. If companies had more employees like him working for them, it would make their companies 100% better.I feel like i know this man ,with only 1 phone conversation. Like on a personal level, you see I've been in business nearly 40 years tinting windows. And people know my on a personal level by name. And I felt that down to earth personality when I spoke to Ben. This man is a asset to your company, a team leader willing to take on anything he needs to do for your company. And with the work force so hard to find good employees, it would be a blessing if I had someone like this young man on my team. Good help is so hard to find, you need to make sure you never loose a employees like him. He is 1000% a awesome employee and look forwarding to do business with him in the future.
