- DKDouble U KayMay 12, 20261.0They refused to take my full 6 month policy payment until I sign their "sign-in" sheet that had absolutely no connection with my policy info. Immediately after I faked my sign in they want all my info. What's the point of sign in? All I wanted to do was the most simplistic of transactions. Instead I had to perform dog and pony tricks before they would take my payment. Had to file a formal complaint with the insurance commission.
