You go to an 800 number now... You can go to your agent but you end up with the same thing talking to someone in the distance via your agent... I don't like the changes that have been made... Nevertheless in Crawford county we got a new agent Brent in the last few years and I've had good experiences with him thus the four stars otherwise it would have been one...
