  I was involved in a low speed accident with an insurance holder where she admitted fault and this insurance company denied my claim per their “independent investigation” I’m still annoyed by this and will keep leaving 1 star reviews until this is resolved

  Casey is the best! She goes above and beyond to find me the best deals on my car insurance. She is also very knowledgeable and has answered all my questions quick and proficiently.

  I was involved in an accident with one of this company’s policyholders and have tried multiple times to contact them. I left several detailed voicemails over the course of four days and have yet to receive a single call back. For a company in the business of handling claims and providing assistance during stressful situations, this level of unresponsiveness is completely unacceptable. It’s incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark with no updates, no communication, and no resolution. If this is how they treat third parties, I’d be very concerned about how they treat their actual customers. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
