Makes great small talk over the phone while preparing you to set up your insurance. Answers quickly, or ASAP. Is able to show changes before confirming to go through with them. Helped my dad and I stay under the same policy and still kept a cheap, affordable price. This is the greatest experience I've had with any insurance company! Thank you State Farm!
