- PBPatrick Buttram1 day ago5.0I needed insurance coverage for a car I had recently purchased. I called State Farm and Charles O'Quin was very adept at negotiating the entire process! He looked over my policies to determine if there were any available discounts for my policies; he told me about the defensive-driving course I could take to earn another discount. I thought I would need to buy a racing helmet and visit Road Atlanta, but I could actually take the course online! He was very knowledgeable and friendly! Brenda would be proud of his efforts!

Whether it's text messages, emails or calls I never hear back. Even though I was trying to buy more policies! This is highly concerning if I ever needed to file a claim, as I'm not too confident I will be able to get a hold of anyone.
