  I phoned in today to speak with someone regarding my policy renewal, and to ask why I was given an increase. An agent, Diane, assisted me and transferred my call to Aaron. He was very kind, courteous, and professional. He patiently addressed my concerns, and would not give up until he had an answer for me. Underwriting had quoted my annual driving miles as 18,000+ miles! That is ridiculous, considering I only live and go to church right here in McDonough, each location within 5-7 minutes from my home. I rarely get to visit Atlanta, maybe twice annually. I have never driven my 2016 vehicle out of state, nor do I have any tickets or accidents. Upon finding this information out, I had to submit verification of my current mileage and it was forwarded on to underwriting. I am hopeful there will be an adjustment. I am 64 years old and should not be paying this much in auto insurance. I am grateful for Aaron helping me with this issue. He was wonderful!!
