  Ramsey gave EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. I called upset and she not only helped me calm down but was able to resolve my issue. She listened and her tone never changed. She encouraged me and I hope management sees her and rewards her because she deserves it. Ramsey keep doing what you're doing and don't ever change; you are GREATLY APPRECIATED.

  She went above and beyond with her customer care. Our call was disconnected after a lengthy conversation trying to find the right coverage for my needs. She immediately called me back. I appreciate her quick response to my dismay. She was very patient and always so kind.
