  Juliana is not reachable at the office or by phone. She does not respond to emails or call back. There is no customer service at all. You go to her office and there is a ring door bell camera. I had to talk to her through the ring camera. I can't keep going to her office to talk to her through a ring camera. The previous owner was very personable. I referred my mom to her agency and she didn't call her back. I told my mom to do business with another Allstate agent. I will never refer anyone else to this agent.

  This is the worst agent I have ever done business with. I changed my home and auto three months ago to Allstate who assigned me to this agent. She said that she would have our home insurance with the old carrier switched to Allstate for us, she didn't, she only contacted our bank and had them pay Allstate, so we are sitting here with two home policies. I have called her countless times, I have emails countless times, left many messages,, she has not called nor email us, and it's been going on for three weeks. Car insurance money has not been taken from our account yet also. I also have called the corporate office, and they say that there is nothing they can do, we need to talk to the agent. Make them assign you a different agent.

  I was looking to save a few dollars on my car insurance. I switched to Allstate and Miss Juliana saved me $84 a month. The coverage was better as well. Miss Juliana was kind, friendly and patient with us. I highly recommend this young woman. She is good people.
