  I called today to inquire about some paperwork received in the mail yesterday regarding vehicle coverage. I spoke with Kelsy - VERY helpful, knowledgeable, patient with my questions and suggested ways to lower my insurance premium - and who doesn't want that?? She even answered a question I had about my homeowner's policy as well. Made me glad I have insurance with State Farm AND Brian Brakefield!

  Hello, State Farm employees. I would just like to give a testimony today. I walk into Mr. Brian Brakefield's office with a dilemma and there was a young lady walking across the parking lot into the office and I stopped her and immediately, she took heed to a situation that I was having with some mail that was coming to my house from State Farm? I honestly can say that when you put God in it. And give it to him, he will lead you into the right path and directions that you need to be in this young lady name is DRESDEN she told me that she was a new employee and I want to let her know that her professionalism was outstanding today. Not only her professionalism, she helped me with new policies. She invited me into the office, her common courtesy. She offered water to me, she blessed my spirit with her personality. She made sure that every need was met that I needed help with today. I wanna tell her, thank you thank you for the God spirit that is in her Thank her for her customer service. Thank you for calling me back in a speedy matter to let me know that the issue was handled. And I was saying this is the type of customer service that we need more in America in our counties, how we approach by people that are working to serve the community, and I just want her to know that I give her 5 stars and a hug. Thank you for the Gifts today and thank you for signing me up with my new insurance policies. I prayed that she continuously do an awesome job to the community, and this company, she shoulld have recognition? An awesome new employee that they have, and then they should.   I have been doing business with this agency for about 2 years. Everyone that I have spoken to has always been professional, very helpful and they never have made me feel like I was just another policy. They have been awesome in helping to shop for the lowest rates so I have decided to purchase some more products from this agency. I have spoken with Brianna and Kayla several times and some of the other staff. Thank you Brian for having professional, knowledgeable and caring members on your staff. They make a great team.
