Brian Brakefield's team members are always professional, knowledgeable and kind when communicating with customers, whether on the phone or during a visit to the office. About two years ago, I went to the office close to closing time and accidentally left my personal belongs in the office. In no time, I received a call that, even though the office was closed, they would wait there for me to return and retrieve my bag. I find this type of customer service to be exceptional. It is now time again for my auto policy renewal. I called my State Farm office and had the pleasure of speaking with Kelsey Wall. She was very professional, never left me on hold, and actually suggested and assisted me in bundling my home with my car to receive discounts on both. Due to her responsiveness, and the manner in which she tackled my questions, I didn't feel rushed. She was very trustworthy and went above and beyond to find the right coverage at an affordable price that best fit my needs. I highly recommend Brian Brakefield and his team to anyone looking for insurance coverage.
