- DPDavid Piazza1 day ago5.0Called today about adding a car. Allstate has been very good at providing better rates than most. A year later I am pleased but most importantly today was the awesome help and work by their agent Nicole Goncalves. She worked at finding an even lower rate than my annual premium was to be by adjusting and recommending Some slight changes. She took a ton of time to help me. I was actually going to shop again which I hate doing but the additional car quote was incredible and the home premium reduction great as well. Thank you Nicole. I appreciate your help and time. Great job and associate. Thx. Dave
- GYGina YinglingJun 12, 20241.0I'm paying 350 a month for insurance and nobody told me my claim was denied until today. The claim was filed Dec 23rd. This office gave me a wrong claim number and claims hung once, asked what I did for a living etc..... unprofessional and playing games. I don't recommend this company unless you're black. I'm not black and my claim is denied 6 months after the claim was submitted. They paid for 2 weeks and told to take it back to Enterprise. Probably Democrats in my opinion.
