  Everyone should read before getting a policy with this company. I went on vacation (a cruise) out of New Orleans. My truck was parked in the cruise parking area. Unfortunately it was broken into. They stole a lot of tools from my tool box. Started a claim, and it took me calling several times and a week for them to contact me back. The worst I have ever had to deal with. I will say before you go on any recording tell them to send you the outline of the policy and read it. They ask you many questions to trap you and get the claim denied on the smallest answer. It is recorded so once it is said it's over. That is what happened to me. The final loss came out to $12000 and they said they would only give me $200. Ridiculous! I call the office to ask gor help. They keep saying this has nothing to do with us. But they sure cash the check quick. They tell me I can send an email. Like that will do anything. And it didn't. They have no responsibility and no care to the customer. I recommend you search for a better insurer!

  I happened to receive one of the promotional letters you & your team sent out. Something urged me to reach out, just to see what the difference would be. I'm so glad I did. I ended up speaking with Leesa & she was absolutely amazing! I didn't get the typical (or what I've come to expect as typical) pressure filled & dry conversation with up selling at every chance. Leesa was professional, of course but also friendly and warm. She explained everything in an easy to understand way and took time to understand my concerns. She made it super easy to say yes to your agency! I also very much appreciate the ease in which I can reach out to her! I work 12 hour shifts as a 911 dispatcher and as you can imagine, it's not easy for me to step away for a phone call. I realized the day after I had not received the email to finish setting up my account with the app. I figured it was due to my odd email handle (and it was lol). I was was able to text Leesa in between calls at work & she got the email to me right away! I can't explain how much of a blessing ease of communication like that is to me! So, thank you! I look forward to being in this family of an agency & pass along my thanks to Leesa again!

She was incredibly professional throughout the entire process and took the time to answer every single one of my questions with clarity and patience. It’s rare to find such high-quality customer service where you feel truly heard and supported. I would highly recommend this office and Jessica to anyone looking for top-tier service and expertise.

  Contacted them to lower my auto insurance. Ashley took the task at 9:00 am and had it completed by 12:00 and sent underwriter. Great job!!
