  I truly couldn’t have asked for a better agent to end up on the phone with. Alex Berry went above and beyond to help me get insurance on my new vehicle quickly and efficiently. I’m going through a very difficult transitional period in my life right now, to say the least, and Alex made what could have easily been a stressful, dreadful process feel surprisingly easy and even enjoyable. He was personable, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. I was completely upfront with him about my current financial situation and that I simply wasn’t in a position to spend more than I could afford. I never once felt pressured or like he was trying to sell me something I didn’t need. At the same time, he did an excellent job of making sure I had the coverage I actually needed and that all of my questions and concerns were addressed. He was extremely informative and clearly knows his job inside and out. And the fact that he followed up afterward to make sure everything was taken care of and that I didn’t need any additional assistance really stood out to me. Alex absolutely gets 5 stars from me. And it’s none of my business, but if I were his manager, I’d seriously consider putting him in charge of training new agents. He has the knowledge, professionalism, patience, and genuine people skills that are hard to teach. Alex was amazing, and I’m very grateful I happened to get him on the phone. If this is the kind of service he provides, your company is lucky to have him. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
