  I have been a customer for Susan Bradford and also the agent is Brittany Buford and I have nothing but great things to say about 15 first and foremost they have been my agent and insurance agent since the day I purchased my baby and they have taken care of me even when I lost coverage and was giving a fraudulent account they took care of me and found it called me and rectified the situation even without being one of their customers I have to say the fire starts here is not enough to rate these layers I should give them 10 and if you are looking for insurance car insurance especially they will do everything they can to get you the best policy and the right coverage I suggest that you do your research but also know that you're going to be covered with all states especially with this team here with Susan Bradford I will give everyone a 10-star rating at this particular company and I thank them again lots of love take care and be blessed drive safely

  I had been trying to reach my Allstate agent (from another branch) for weeks with no luck, and I was honestly ready to switch companies. Out of frustration, I made a Facebook post about it, and Susan reached out to see if she could help. She didn’t even know I was already an Allstate customer. I almost didn’t call because I was convinced I’d be leaving Allstate altogether but I’m so glad I did. Susan took the time to answer every single question, explain things clearly, and walk me through all of my options. She even helped me compare other companies and gave honest feedback about what made the most sense for me insurance-wise. The fact that she did all of this when I wasn’t even her client yet says everything about the kind of agent she is. Her knowledge, patience, and willingness to help made a huge difference. Truly, if it weren’t for Susan, I would be a former Allstate customer right now. She is the reason I chose to stay.
