  Great customer service (Brandee) was very nice and helped me as much as she could. Only downside was my app is not working, so it made the process very time-consuming, and I didn’t receive the mobile discount. I hope going forward it will be fixed, but it wasn’t in her control at all. But overall, great company and amazing people !

  Vickie was a very great agent. She was so polite and helpful during this insurance process. Her attention to detail was awesome. She spoke very and clearly as well.   I have had issues all week with a certain insurance company and being told I could only make one change per day. I called today and spoke with Vicki. This is the first time I’ve talked to her and we were connected through a line on the insurance company’s site. She was able to make multiple changes at one time after finding out my original request was never completed. She made things SO easy!!!! She emailed me the documents I needed right then. She was so patient while I expressed my concerns. I will definitely be using her and her office in the future for ALL my insurance needs!
