I was very disappointed in most of those companies not because of rates but because of the customer service I received once they picked up the phone but not at Costa Head State Farm Insurance here in Lagrange. They had a wonderful and very knowledgeable agent who answered my questions without hesitation and gave me the quote without having to wait for a call back or any other hassles. Sometimes people are willing to pay a bit more even when they don’t have to just because the agent was knowledgeable, friendly, and her willingness to take the time to find me the best rate possible with State Farm Insurance.
