  Today I dealt with Katty. I was so pleased to deal with such a sweet, kind, and very professional young lady. She had me smiling over the phone lines because of how nice and sweet she was. Thank you Katty for searching for a much cheaper company for my auto policy. You're awesome and I truly look forward to doing more business with this office. They are all so kind.   I hate the process of getting new insurance, it is a very frustrating but Yonna was able to help me. I was at work and her patience really assured me that I was in good hands. Definitely will recommend for anyone who is looking for insurance to contact Yonna from freeway.

  Katty was AMAZING. First of all super genuine and sweet and can tell she loves her job. I was not too happy when I called, but she got me to lighten up. The entire call she had me rambling and we were cracking jokes, relating with another. Rare right? So refreshing and honestly lifted my spirits today. Katty girl, you already know who it is, you keep up the great customer service!!
