I had a very disappointing experience with Karina at Velox. When we initially purchased our policy, she was responsive and helpful. However, when my wife and I attempted to cancel our policy on 03/31/2026, the experience was completely different. Our calls were repeatedly ignored. When I called from a different number, she answered, but as soon as she realized it was me, she hung up. This level of service is unacceptable and unprofessional. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with a manager or owner to share this experience directly. Situations like this reflect poorly on the company and can drive customers away.
