We had to move from a homeowners policy to a dwelling policy, add a renters policy for my 94-year-old father, and address equipment coverage. Christine took the time to clearly explain the difference between replacement cost and market value, answered many questions, help us update replacement cost value of the home and real property, and worked patiently with both'Alv ouch She was consistently professional, responsive, and made a difficult process much smoother. I highly recommend her. Connie was also very patient and professional during our three-way call with my 94-year-old father regarding his renters insurance. She took the time to answer all of his questions thoroughly and helped reduce his monthly premium substantially, while removing unneeded insurance from the II. She also clearly explained the available rebates and options. Connie was kind, respectful, and made the process easy for my father to understand. I truly appreciate her help. I also I recommend Both Christina and Connie were exceptionally professional impatient throughout this process A lot of customer loyalty for me for this agency. I highly recommend this business.
