    I would have given 0 stars if that were an option. If you are a senior and decide not to renew your home and auto policies because they are no longer competitive, you might receive a call from them, where, based on my personal experience, they will be condescending and insulting, all while trying to convince you to stay with them. Attitude is important in establishing trust, especially with an insurance agent. And, as a result, of my personal interaction with them, I would not feel they truly had my best interests at heart.
