I stopped by this office for assistance with submitting documents for my claim, and the service I received was outstanding. The office manager, Willundra, was incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. She made sure all of my documents were submitted correctly, provided an update on my claim, and even gave me a nice State Farm folder to keep everything organized. During my visit, she also shared some helpful tips about my phone that I didn’t know before. Because of the excellent customer service I received, I’m now interested in getting quotes for all of my insurance needs. Thank you, Willundra, for going above and beyond!
