  If you’re looking for a good insurance company with welcoming and amazing services acceptance insurance is the way to go! I spoke with Alethia she was amazing , very polite and patient! I highly recommend speaking with her she’s great and helps you with everything you’re looking for.

  I’ve been with them about two years now but never gave a review. They’re what I’d consider an “off brand” insurance company which simply means they’re not one of the big name companies. Don’t let that fool you! I have ALWAYS gotten impeccable service from each and every Agent I’ve spoken with. This last go round, I needed to renew my policy so I called in. I had the pleasure of being served by Christina Young-Sinclair. This Agent searched and found me a policy that gave me exponentially more coverage than I previously had for only $25 a month more than I was paying!! She remained on the phone and walked me through setting up the app. She was patient and professional the entire time, even when I was struggling with the tech. I want to also give a shout out to Tanji who I believe is in that same office. I’ve spoken to her more consistently over the past couple of years. She is always on point too. I’m confidently recommending these ladies and this agency to anyone in Georgia needing auto insurance. Give them a call they may even sell other insurance.
