Kellie responded immediately to my insurance request & followed up by copying me on the email to my mortgage company & also confirmed receipt of her email by the mortgage company. Exceptional service. I have been with State Farm for 54 years. Service has always been wonderful! Highly recommend!

Just want to give a shout out to Ryan Mathis at the Steve Paige State Farm Insurance office. He was great today helping be bundle home and auto insurance. Home insurance policy had better coverage than the previous policy I had with another company and saved around $1500 a year. Auto policy was only a little more than my previous policy with a small mobile auto insurance company, but worth it. Who knows if the previous auto insurance company would pay a claim?

I rarely write reviews, but Thomas absolutely earned this one.
After being with Progressive for over 10 years, I was hesitant about switching insurance companies. Thomas made the entire process so easy that I found myself wondering why I hadn’t switched sooner.
From the very beginning, he took the time to understand my current coverage and had everything from my Progressive policy already mapped over to State Farm. The quote comparison was seamless—and to my surprise, it came in significantly lower than what I had been paying.
What impressed me most wasn’t just the savings. Thomas went above and beyond to search for every possible discount to help lower my premium even further. He was incredibly patient, kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every question I had. During our call, he walked me through everything step by step, making sure I understood my coverage and felt completely comfortable before making the switch.
Excellent customer service is becoming harder to find these days, but Thomas reminded me what it should look like. My first experience as a State Farm customer has been exceptional because of him.
Thomas is a true five-star agent, and State Farm is incredibly fortunate to have someone who genuinely cares about his clients. Let me start by saying this is a positive review. I have high expectations when it comes to customer service, and Peter Williams exceeded them all.
While shopping for insurance over the past month, I spoke with countless agents and gathered more quotes than I'd like to admit. Peter stood out from the very beginning. I literally sent him 20+ emails and asked well over 100 questions about auto, homeowners, jewelry, and other coverage options. He was always responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly thorough.
I never once felt like Peter was just trying to sell me a policy. He took the time to explain my options, answer every question, and help me find the right coverage while also looking for ways to save money.
At some point, this stopped being about price. Peter earned my business because he earned my trust. The level of service he provided before I was even a customer gave me confidence that if I ever have a claim or need help in the future, he'll be there to guide me through it.
One of the best customer service experiences I've had in a very long time. State Farm is lucky to have him.
