  Do not feel too satisfied because my rate keeps rising every six months even with no DUI or any car accident since I have been with Allstate for the past four years.

  Non-existent customer service. There use to be a guy that i can call with questions who was very good. But there is no one i can talk to now. I called the number Matthew Devine agency provided, and it was directed to some call center in India. Why buy from Matthew Devine? Might as well as just go straight to the insurance company.

  Extremely disappointing experience. This Allstate agency is completely incapable of providing basic customer service. They are slow to respond, rarely answer questions, and we often can’t get ahold of anyone—especially “Matthew,” who is essentially unreachable. Our rates continue to go up with little to no explanation, and they can’t even figure out something as simple as autopay. We carry two home policies, an umbrella policy, and two auto policies—we are good, loyal business that Allstate has failed to take care of. Despite the amount of coverage we have with them, we cannot get timely responses or clear communication. We’re done chasing our insurance agency to do their job. We are moving to a State Farm agent who actually answers the phone, responds to emails, and treats us like valued customers.

  The prices of auto insurance went up so much in recent years. It is almost 1000% faster increment that average CPI inflation factors. There are so many shady so called discount auto insurance available on line but this really scares me with not credible so called insurance companies. I checked with one contact but from next day I have received phone calls, text messages, emails from so called insurance agents from al over the country. I am a sole driver with 3-4 times per week driver only drives 10-15 miles per drive mostly. I haven’t received any traffic ticket for past 30 years, I don’t drink any alcohol and never had self caused accident for past 35 years. Both of my cars are pretty old and driven only 2-3,000 miles per year but still pay $300 per month ($3,600 per year) I paid only $1,00 for 2008 Subaru Outback (repair costed me over $12,000) and $12,000 for 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander, insurance costs will pass over cars value in 3 years. Don’t you think that is crazy? I may have to go to other insurance company who may offer me better rate if this ridiculous inflated rate continues.
