  Horrible insurance company, I would give an 0 star but the only option is 1 star especially when it comes to the renters insurance side of things. I’ve been trying for three months to get assistance with providing proof of insurance for my apartment, and I still haven’t received the help I needed. Some of the customer service agents will hang up on and and laugh at you that’s happened and I had to report it to another agent but some are very amazing and helpful :) At this point, I decided to cancel the policy because if it’s this difficult to get someone to assist with a basic issue, I can only imagine the frustration I’d face trying to get coverage during an actual emergency. I’d rather know now than find out when I truly need them.
