I have home insurance with the location in Douglasville. One agent in particular, Dale Bently, lacks tact and the ability to "Verify and Confirm" He automatically assumes verbal information from a coworker is more accurate than information explaine by the client. Even when he has provided advice on handling an accident. He will fail to advise you of the entire process. And wont tell you how things operate until its beneficialfor him. He has demonstrated an inability to analyze data and get all the facts without getting angry. He lacks professionalism, doesn't respect clients prefers to down talk customers and in some instances shows no patience and over talks clients and uses tactics of intimidation. All which fail! He will tell you not text him but he will use texting as a means of communication instead of picking up the telephone and calling like reliabe, responsible agents do. Beware of the claims department. Make sure you record all conversations with them. I do not recommend this business or this agent.

The people were nice and they lowered my premium, but they never answer the phone once they lock you in. It's like they don't care once you're a member. They claim they're busy, but I don't believe that because they never answered my phone call or email. It's pretty frustrating.

Just so you know the type of customer service you’re dealing with if you’re looking for insurance…I called yesterday about a minute before 430. A lady answered and I told her that I received a quote online and was looking to process it. She said “we close, literally, in like, one minute. But I can have someone call you tomorrow morning.” I gave my information and never received a call back. It’s service like this that makes me appreciate the business person who will stay late to serve others and earn my business. Customer service is becoming too mediocre and people deserve better.
