Call Lela and let her help you with all your insurance needs. Not only did she get me a cheaper car insurance premium we bundled my homeowners and saved money on that policy as well! The best part? My coverages on my cars stayed the same and I got more coverage on my home! Thank you, Lela!

So, I got a Text from State Farm after I had spent the night hunting for Car Insurance. However, I was blessed with Lela!!! She didn’t badger me with hundreds of phone calls like all the other insurance agents do. She sent me a simple text acknowledging that I was searching and got a quote from State Farm and if I had time to speak. I responded with a simple “sure”. I had every intention of being passive and going with the flow but this was different. Lela took the time to explain to me everything that was in my insurance policy. She really broke it down to me that even things that I thought I knew I actually didn’t. We looked at different numbers and different things to add and remove on my policy and we settled with an ideal policy that I just could not turn down. This was the best rate I had ever seen out there. I had always seen this defensive driving option and because I never ever had a ticket I didn’t see the need for it. However, sweet Lela encouraged me to take it at no additional cost to me. I took it and completed it successfully. Overall, this was the most pleasant experience shopping for Car Insurance. I’m very shocked that I am here writing this review and telling you this because I did not anticipate this level of ease. State Farm and in particular this agency was so effortless to sign up for and so pleasant because of the people you speak to. Lela was incredibly personable and sweet and had the capacity to dumb it down for someone like me. I am so impressed with this entire experience which I was dreading. She followed it up with an explicit email detailing everything we spoke about and the next steps that I needed to do to secure my discounts. This was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had shopping for Car Insurance and I cannot believe that I really dreaded this experience because of the numbers I was seeing online. Once you deal with a State Farm agent like Lela, It’s a completely different ball game that works in your favor. This was an outstanding experience!!!!

Lela was seriously the best. She made everything super easy and explained it all without making it confusing. She was really nice, answered all my questions, and got back to me quickly. Insurance can be such a headache, but she made the whole process so simple. Definitely recommend her if you need help with insurance!
