  I had a great experience working with Sasha! She was very patient, understanding, and took the time to make sure I understood all of my options. She worked hard to find me a really low rate that fit my budget, and I truly appreciate how helpful and professional she was throughout the entire process.   My humble experience, with First Acceptance Insurance I had a great experience from start to finish. The entire walk-in process was seamless and well handled , and I was able to get insured in less than 30 minutes. By Erin's G. What impressed me most was the prompt customer service. Erin's was sional, responsive, to my questions, and thorough throughout the process, which my former insurance carrier was unable to provide , she didn't simply stop there. She immediately looked into other options, compared the available choices, and found a policy that was a better fit for me. She kept me informed, clearly explained what was happening, listened to my questions and preferences, and made sure I understood the coverage and pricing before moving forward. Once we found the right option, she handled the payment and finalization efficiently and provided clear instructions on what I needed to do next. To crown my experience, the combination of convenience, speed, attention to detail is the best, and Erin's willingness to go the extra mile to find another insurance option made this an excellent experience. I truly appreciated her patience and commitment to getting me insured rather than giving up when the othere options were not good for me . I noticed my former insurance was ripping me off my money . Have referred most of my family members there and will do more , also the road side assistance is the best
