  I wish I could give 10 stars for the Agent Darren, after being transferred 6 different times for a simple removal of a card, He really went above and beyond to get this done for me. The people that should have be able to do it was no help at all. He figured it out for me and really Called me back. I am Happy to work with him every time. If you have any problems or need insurance I Highly recommend Darren at the Dalton office. Thank you again Darren for all of your help. May you be Blessed.

  Bad service,can never make payments type in my wrong information since day one fix it 4 times I was paying insurance on another vehicle..office close becouse no staff to work because working at ringgold office so close down office ..I could of been in jain a few times got the paperwork to prove it
