This branch of Farm Bureau has horrible customer service. I currently have my home insured though them and I have not been able to talk with an agent since I got the original service. I have try to get quotes for my auto and a rental property, but unfortunately, they do not care about new business. I am switching to another branch. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
