- CSCheryl ScuderiJun 29, 20265.0My previous 20+ year State Farm agent abrubtly retired. On 5/1/2026 my file was automatically sent to Eric Rose's Office in Cumming GA as my new State Farm representative. I had started a claim with my previous (now retired) State Farm rep in 2013, yes 2013!! For numerous reasons, the claim was never completed. Within a couple days of my file transferring to Eric Rose's office. I called, relayed the history and expressed my extreme frustration to Jakima, the office manager. Jakima immediately (within the hour) emailed me the correct forms, she quickly submitted returned paperwork, and handled my claim from start to finish, working through a few bumps. Within appx 30 days and little effort on my part I received a check!! I can not thank Jakima enough for staying on top of this, her quick responses and getting it completed on my behalf. I highly recommend Eric Rose's office, and Jakima. This is the insurance office that will personally take care of you!

I arrived and the agent (Justin) knew my name, the info I needed - helped me through the process effortlessly. Gracious, great attitude and the guy knew his stuff. I was out of there in 10 min. It would have been faster if I hadn't given him a picture show of my dog Gromit. Bravo! I'm going to move my account to the Eric Rose office (can I do that?)
