  Cynthia Humbles made me feel secure in the decision to have Direct as the insurer for my car and renters insurance. She is very knowledgeable on the products and services I inquired about. Cynthia is personable and provided an open line of communication if I had further questions. I am not a fan of insurances across the board as prices steadily rise. Cynthia offered me all the discounts I qualified for, which helped some. Thanks again Cynthia for all you do.

  Today I made the switch to Direct auto and literally cut my cost in half. Agent Cynthia Humbles found things I was but should not have been charged for. She was very helpful responded to my emails and got me what I feel was the best deal I could get right now. Thanks so much! Happy to have made the switch

  Cynthia Humbles at Direct Auto Insurance was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was so patient, thorough, and kind throughout the entire process. I had a lot of questions and we went through several different quotes, yet she never once seemed irritated or rushed. She took the time to send follow up emails, explain everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. By the end of the day, I was back on the phone with her and happily bound my policy. Thank you, Cynthia, for making what was a very stressful situation feel so much easier.
