A representative attempted to impose an entirely unjustified premium increase based on a completely fabricated accident report that simply does not exist. To compound this, when I requested documentation of this so-called report, the agent flatly refused to provide it, even though it is on record that she is able to do so. This level of deceit and utter incompetence is completely unacceptable, and it has shattered any trust I had in your company. Rest assured, I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I am absolutely disgusted by this entire ordeal.
