  Do not trust their customer department they lie to you and say things like oh no payment needs to be made till next month even when you tell them you need to pay and then you get a call a week later and told your insurance is canceled and instead of the company fixing the issue they say oh well and tell you it’s canceled.

  I cannot say enough good things about Acceptance Insurance in Conyers, Georgia! They always go above and beyond to make sure I’m getting the best coverage at the lowest possible rate, and they have saved me so much money! I especially want to recognize Amun, who has been absolutely amazing! Amun is always professional, friendly, patient, and genuinely goes the extra mile to make sure I’m taken care of. You can tell that Amun truly cares about the customers and isn’t just trying to sell a policy. The level of customer service I’ve received has been exceptional! What really sets Acceptance Insurance apart is that they actually follow up with their customers two weeks after purchasing a policy to make sure everything is going well. I honestly don’t know of many insurance companies that take that extra step to check on their customers. That follow-up means a lot and shows how much they value the people they insure. I would recommend Acceptance Insurance in Conyers to anybody and everybody looking for affordable insurance and amazing customer service. If you want someone who will work hard to find you the best rate while actually caring about your experience, ask for Amun! They have truly earned my trust and my business. ❤️

  I called in to change my payment from last month with Pearl Harbor insurance they didn’t update my card so I asked to speak with a supervisor I got a hold of the supervisor name Bruce he cuss at me and said what the hell and used very Unprofessional language on the phone call I have the call recorded and we’ll post on TikTok this company has been my favorite Insurance company till I spoke to a supervisor he was very disrespectful Even though they are very affordable, they are not professional
