Was told he hadn't made it back in the office he was out taking pictures. Ok still need him to call me. I was told they had the message and he would call. It is now after business hours on Fri and I still have NOT received a phone call. I have had home owners with them for 24 years and this is the service I received. NOT acceptable! I was gonna move my auto policy and get renters insurance from them put apparently they don't need the business. I am not calling names but the office is on Armour Road.
