  Hey everyone, I just had to share the absolutely incredible experience I recently had with Janet, who is an amazing manager at Carr Insurance in Columbus, Georgia. You know how buying a car can be – it's often a long process! I was knee-deep in paperwork for hours, finally getting all the details sorted for my new-to-me vehicle. By the time everything was finalized, the Carr Insurance office had already closed for the day. I honestly thought I was in a tough spot, but Janet is truly exceptional. Earlier, she had proactively given me her personal number, telling me to just text her when I was ready to finalize the insurance. So, even though I knew the office was closed, I sent a message anyway, hoping for the best. And seriously, Janet went above and beyond! When my text came through, she was already home, likely unwinding after a busy day. But without a second thought, she got back in her car, drove all the way back to the office, and processed all my insurance paperwork right then and there. Thanks to her incredible dedication, I was able to drive off the lot with my new car that very night! This kind of outstanding service is exactly why I've been a loyal customer with Carr Insurance for over seven years. Janet doesn't just offer the best quotes, down payments, and monthly rates; she genuinely cares and goes the extra mile – or several miles, in my case!   I luv acceptance insurance I have been with them over 9 years they are the best ms Janet got me in and out and can’t leave latesha out I think that’s her name but these ladies will get you a great price and get you in and out you can never go wrong with acceptance
