  Have tried 3 times over the last month to have proof of coverage sent to my email, the young lady or ladies answering my calls say they will send and just don’t bother. I called and stated I was staying on the line until I received and was given an extension to call back if I didn’t receive....still nothing! And I don’t seem to be able to get through to the people now. The worst customer service ever!
