If this is how the company handles a standard disbursement, I shudder to think of the catastrophic failure we would face in the event of a total loss, such as a house fire or a vehicle destruction. Rather than addressing the claim with professional rigor, the adjusters have offered excuses regarding "personal situations" to justify the delay. This is an insurance contract, not a casual agreement; internal staffing issues do not absolve you of your duty to the policyholder. Furthermore, the settlement offer is mathematically flawed. By applying aggressive depreciation that ignores current inflation, they have rendered our "Replacement Cost" coverage functionally useless.
