  Meghan was so knowledgeable and helpful in renewing our homeowners policy and getting it up to date with the proper coverage and amounts! She was informative, efficient and timely in her assessment and quote. I have been a loyal customer for 44 years and wouldn't change my State Farm agents for anything. I appreciate all they do and they make you feel like family. Thanks again, Meghan!

  Bailey and the rest of the staff have been absolutely amazing! Well before I ever even became a client at the office. Luckily they kept in touch and when I was in need of some major changes they just so happened to touch base with me. Payton was able to find me a better plan than what I had with the previous provider nearly 30% cheaper. Since I've reached out to the office to finalize some things and ask a few questions, regardless of who answers the phone the professionalism, warmth and careing that ensues remains the same. I'm so grateful they we're persistent, and even though I wasn't a client they continued to check to see how I was doing and if I was happy. I'm extremely happy with this office and everyone that makes it what it is!!!

  Losing my mother has been one of the most painful experiences of my life, and with that loss came the responsibility of handling her home and everything that comes with being a homeowner — including her homeowners insurance policy. When I first reached out to the Bailey Bowen State Farm office to inform them of her passing and to let them know I would be taking over her affairs, the entire team showed an incredible amount of sympathy and genuine empathy toward me and my family. In the months that followed, I contacted them again to settle several matters involving her home insurance. Each time, they were nothing short of wonderful — patient, understanding, compassionate, and truly caring. Every interaction reminded me that my mother was never “just another customer” to them. She was a person they valued in life, and they continued to honor her even after her passing. I am forever grateful for this amazing group of ladies. Their kindness and support have meant more to my family and me than they will ever know. They showed us compassion during one of the hardest times of our lives, and for that, I will always be thankful.
