  I would have liked to be able to communicate with someone in the office. I was calling and never received a response. My insurance for four cars was $3,600, and when I removed two cars that were supposedly $1,200+ each, I should have been left with one car at $750 and the other at $600. Instead, they ended up increasing my policy for two cars to $2,000, even though I didn’t add any cars or new drivers. I tried to get an answer, but no one responded to my calls or messages. I would like better communication.
