I initially reached out for new auto and homeowner insurance 6 months ago and immediately received correspondence from Warren Spector. Although I did not immediately pull the trigger in making changes to my coverage, Warren was diligent in his attentive approach to my initial inquiry and patiently waited for me to finally reach back out to make changes. I left Allstate (auto) and Progressive (condo) after several years and not only did the new quotes and policy coverage decrease in rates from these two companies, but coverage amounts increased. Still, the biggest 5 star I can offer is to Warren and his polite and professional demeanor throughout this process. I have been in residential property management for more than 20 years, and he is the reason I ultimately selected State Farm. Keep up the good work in building authentic relationships with your clients!
