  I was going through something with progressive to where they took my last an,I needed insurance asap, I was calling around but long story short Leann is amazing she understood my frustration I was so mad that day but with her she helped me, walked me through talk to me So nice I love how passionate she was with me Leann if you see this I can’t thank you enough 💗💗💗💗Fav

  Didn’t feel comfortable with the process especially when asked about my credit card earlier in the conversation was transferred to someone else she took about 10 minutes and never got to asking any questions about what my home felt very uncomfortable so I hung up
