  Hailey was incredibly helpful from start to finish. I originally submitted my information through an online ad just to check my insurance rates, and she called me almost immediately. She followed up by text, scheduled a call around my availability, and even continued texting back and forth with me as we compared policies, coverage, and rates. I ultimately decided to bundle my auto insurance with a renters policy, and Hailey helped me understand why it actually made financial sense. The multi-policy discount made having my own renters coverage advantageous, especially since the policy I pay toward through my landlord only provides liability coverage and doesn't protect my personal property or provide coverage for temporary housing if something happens to my home. On top of that, I'm saving about **$300 every six months** compared with the discounted rate I was paying in full with Progressive. My auto liability limits stayed the same, but my new State Farm policy also includes rental car coverage, which was important to me, and that would have cost an additional $200 via progressive per 6 months. I've been accident-free for years, but the whole point of insurance is having the right coverage when you actually need it. I don't want to pay for a policy just to say I'm insured; it needs to provide real value and protection. Hailey helped me get better overall coverage, add protection for my home and belongings, and still save money.
