After two weeks of waiting for some type of a response, I contacted Stacy Shannon at Lisa DOBBS office. Upon hearing my concerns, Stacy immediately took ownership of my problem and made it hers. For the last day and a half, Stacy has made phone calls, sent emails, and had live chats and anything else that she could do to move this mountain. The mountain moved today and it’s only because of Stacy’s diligent work and dedication to her job and her customers. Stacey is more than I can express in words. This has been a huge burden on my shoulders and she removed it. Her heart is in her job and it shows. You are simply the best Stacy, and I cannot say that enough. Thank you for moving my mountain.
