Don took the time to go over my information with me and said he would research it and call me back. A few minutes later, Don called back with an explanation. At first, I still wasn’t understanding the details, and even after he tried explaining it another way, my totals weren’t matching his. I was getting a little impatient, but Don remained calm. He suggested that we go through the bill one line item at a time, and I agreed. That’s when everything finally made sense! I truly appreciate Don’s patience, professionalism, and willingness to stick with me until I understood what was going on—even though I was a bit confused at first. It’s refreshing to speak with someone who genuinely wants to help and is willing to take the time to make sure everything is understood. Thank you again, Don, for taking the time to help me!
