  I like to start off and say. Great job. Ms. Kim Phillips Scale 1 to 10. It's not great enough for Ms. Phillips, Ms. Phillips. Deserve excellent 20s across-the-board. Reason why she has great customer service. She cares about her customers. The way she talks to her customers. You can tell she loves hard job. I would love for her to be recognized on this. And if possible moved up into a better in greater position. I really think Ms. Kim Phillips. Deserve that and with that being said. I would like for everyone there to have a blessed and safe day. Thank you for letting it me be. Able. To take This time. To recognize, Ms. Phillips.

  I requested via email today to get a call from Kim Phillips to address some questions we had about our policies with Allstate. She called me in less than 5 minutes after I sent the email. She answered all my questions and also made some changes that I requested. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. It was a pleasure talking to her. She told me to contact her any time I needed anything. We've been insured with Allstate for many years and have always felt we're in good hands.

  I had a great experience working with Melinda Torres at Allstate. She was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process. Melinda took the time to really listen to my concerns and made sure our family’s needs were fully addressed. She went above and beyond to find us the best rate for our homeowner’s insurance policy, which we truly appreciate. I’m very thankful for her dedication and excellent customer service. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable and attentive insurance support.
